Please only submit once you have approval from your Principal or PTA President.

Things to Consider When Setting Your Sale Price:

  1. Contracted Price
  2. Shipping Price (typically $1/book)
  3. Sales Tax

If your school is tax exempt, your exemption certificate must be turned in with this form. Otherwise, you will be billed for sales tax on the invoice. Sales tac is charged on student book price according to state and local tax rates.

Example: if your yearbook contracted price is $17 and local sales tax rate is 7%, the suggested retail price to students would be $20.

Student Artwork Covers
Examples of yearbook covers with blank spaces where student art may be placed.
Utilizing student artwork is a great way to represent your school and involve students in the yearbook process. Use their artwork as the entirety of your yearbook cover, or employ one of our pre-made thematic templates that can display multiple pieces of art both front and back. View our available templates here! We accept both digital submissions (preferred) and hard copy artwork. Email us at yearbook.support@strawbridge.net for further instructions on how to submit.

Let your imagination run wild and create a masterpiece! We can work with most file types, including designs created in programs like Adobe InDesign or online software like Canva. Or if you prefer, you can provide us with your direction and ideas, and our professional designers will come up with a Custom design for you, free of charge! Please contact us prior to design for sizing & format requirements and/or software template files. If we will be creating the design for you, we recommend filling out this form and conferring with your Yearbook Representative to detail your vision.

The Final Submission Form is the ticket to getting your yearbook sent to press. This will be your last chance to make any adjustments on the number of books ordered, so please make sure you fill out this form and submit it after reviewing your book proof and ensuring any necessary corrections have been made.
