After being in the customer service industry for over 35 years and owning her own salon, Laurie understands the importance of building great customer relations and loyalty. Becoming a Yearbook Representative in her second career has been a very natural fit for Laurie because of her desire to serve people. It has been very gratifying for her to help train, to help create and to oversee a school’s yearbook process from start to finish.
